What is 3 Layer PVC Noise Barrier? 

3 layer PVC noise barriers are PVC and fiberglass fabric wrapped polyester wool sheet. There are eyelets around corners so that it's eash to hang on iron temporary fence. Local contractors can install them with no special training. The density is just about 1.35kg/m2 which is lightweight, providing an STC(Sound Transmission Class) of about 15.

What is 4 Layer PVC Noise Barrier? 

If blocking 15dB is not enough for your project, you might consider using our 4 layer noise barrier. A layer of 3mm thick sound insulation felt can be added between PVC and polyester wool, with which the 4 layer noise barrier can block up to 27dB. The density for 4 layer noise barrier is about 7.0 kg/m2 which is heavy, but still not as heavy as concrete barrier wall. 

 

Does it waterproof? 

Yes, it can be used both indoor and outdoor.
